EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Brown Batua, every product is meticulously handcrafted and customized to order, ensuring uniqueness and quality. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the payment has been processed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing them promptly and professionally.
INSPECTION PERIOD
We provide a 24-hour window upon receipt of the product for customers to inspect their purchase. During this time, any defects or damages must be reported to us at support@brownbatua.com with supporting details and photographs. We take such reports seriously and aim to resolve them promptly.
RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS
If a reported issue is deemed valid, we will:

Provide detailed instructions for returning the product.

Cover all return shipping charges.

Expedite the process to ensure a timely resolution.
Approved returns will result in one of the following resolutions:

A replacement with an identical product.

Repairs to fix the defect on the original product.
Please note: There will be no modifications to the product's color, design, or style beyond addressing the defect or damage.
CARE RESPONSIBILITY
Beyond the 24-hour inspection window, the care and maintenance of the product become the customer's responsibility. Brown Batua cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
All terms and conditions, including refund and exchange policies, remain the same during promotional or sale periods.
